Live and deployable

The digital layer of a whole school.

Eleven domains. One record underneath all of them.

SchoolOS admits a student once, marks attendance against the real class, computes results from enrolled subjects, keeps fees on one ledger and tells the parent from the same record.

An ERP keeps records

Built around the school, not the office.

School software is usually bought by an office and used by an office. SchoolOS is built the other way round: the record is central, and everyone with a reason to touch it gets their own way in — seeing only their side of it.

An ERP can manage a school. SchoolOS is designed to connect one.

One record, ten stages

Admitted once. Never re‑keyed.

Any vendor can sell eleven modules. What matters is what happens between them. This is one student’s record from the day it is created to the day it is reported on — the same record at every stop, never a copy and never a re-entry.

  1. 01 AdmissionOnline through the school site, or at the desk. Either way: one record.
  2. 02 ProfileRoll number, guardian, documents, ID card — printed from the same fields.
  3. 03 Class & sectionMedium, stream, shift and subjects attached. This join decides the year.
  4. 04 AttendanceMarked against the class the student is actually in.
  5. 05 AcademicsTimetable, lessons and homework resolved through class and section.
  6. 06 ExaminationsMarks and results computed against enrolled subjects.
  7. 07 FeesFee structure is per class — assigning a class assigns the fees.
  8. 08 TransportRoute and pickup point join the record; the fee joins the ledger.
  9. 09 ParentsAnnouncements and the diary reach the guardian set at admission.
  10. 10 ReportsRead from the record, not assembled from exports.
Six portals

Everyone gets their own door.

Six roles that exist in the software, each described by what it sees — because “role-based access” is a phrase every vendor uses, and one person’s screen is not.

Super Admin

Above the schools. Provisions each school with its own database.

School Admin

The whole institution, and the settings the session year runs on.

Teacher

Their timetable, classes, attendance, homework, marks and diary.

Staff

The desk: admissions, fee payments, expenses, certificates, ID cards.

Student

Timetable, homework, attendance, results, fees and online exams.

Parent

Their child's attendance, homework, results, fees and the diary.

Explore the product

The whole school year, in four verbs.

The office keeps everything it had. The rest of the institution stops being downstream of it.

Admit

Online registration on the school's own site lands in admissions as a record, with custom form fields for what the school asks.

Teach

Timetables, lessons, topics, homework and submissions — all resolved through the class and section.

Assess

Exam timetable, marks entry or bulk upload, grades and results — plus online exams from a question bank.

Collect

Fee structure per class, optional fees, payments, transport fees and expenses on one ledger.

Eleven domains

Screens, not adjectives.

Each list is what the software contains, named the way it is named inside it — so it can be checked against the work your office does today.

  • Custom form fields

Nothing is implied by omission — if it is not listed, it is not there.

A school day

The routines it replaces.

Admission without a form to post

Online registration runs on the school's own public site and lands in admissions as a record.

Homework that has a submission

“Did they hand it in” becomes a field on the class, not a memory.

Exams that can run on screen

Online exams draw from a question bank. Marks entry and bulk upload remain for paper exams.

The diary, delivered

Diary notes and announcements reach students and guardians through the portals they already use.

On the roadmap

What comes next.

None of this is in the product today. It is written in the future tense on purpose, and every card says so.

Planned

Analytics across the record

Attendance, academics, examinations and fees already sit in one shape. Planned: reading them together, as a trend.

Planned

Automated reporting

The reports exist today. Planned: reports that assemble and arrive on a schedule, so nobody has to remember to run them.

Planned

Insight where the decision is

Planned: surfacing what the record implies inside the screen where someone acts — always showing its working.

Questions

The ones schools ask first.

Who makes SchoolOS?

Heliosync Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an Indian software company. SchoolOS sits in the same product family as Advocate OS and Dental HMS.

Where does our school's data live?

Each school runs on its own deployment with its own database — on your domain and your hosting if you choose. One school's records are never a filtered view of another's.

Is pricing public?

Not yet. SchoolOS is set up per school, so we quote after a conversation about which modules you need. Write to billing@heliosynctech.com.

Can we try it before deciding?

Yes. The live demo signs you in as a Super Admin, School Admin, Teacher, Accountant, Receptionist, Student or Parent in one click — no form to fill.

How do we get support?

Email billing@heliosynctech.com. A real person at Heliosync answers, and setup, data import and staff training are part of every rollout.

See your school on one record.

Thirty minutes, on a school configured like yours. Bring the person who runs admissions and the person who runs fees.
